Panty Launch

Wouldn't be the same without the other anarchy sister XP. While technically the voice actress for Panty did not voice either blue Launch or blonde Launch, it would've felt incomplete so I figure for the next idea for to draw, this would be it. AND I was in the Dragon Ball mood at the time when I was sick so there ya go. Another one unintentionally for Halloween
